MANAGED IT SERVICES
TASMANIA

IT operations for Tasmanian businesses. Proactive monitoring, helpdesk support, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management — delivered by a local team that understands the realities of working from lutruwita.

Why Local Matters

THE TASMANIAN ADVANTAGE

Local team, local time zone

Our engineers live in lutruwita/Tasmania. When a server goes down at 4pm on a Friday, we're already in the right time zone to fix it.

Onsite when it matters

We cover Hobart, Launceston, Devonport, Burnie, and the regional centres. Remote-first, but we show up when hardware needs hands.

Data sovereignty by default

We operate Tasmanian Cloud — sovereign infrastructure hosted in Tasmania. Your data stays in Australia, on Tasmanian-owned hardware.

Transparent, fixed pricing

Per-user or per-device pricing with no hidden fees. You'll know what your IT costs every month, every year.

FAQ

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do you support businesses outside Hobart and Launceston?

Yes. We cover the whole state — Devonport, Burnie, the North-West Coast, the East Coast, and the Midlands. Most support is delivered remotely, with onsite visits scheduled where they add real value.

How do you price managed services?

Per-user or per-device flat monthly pricing, depending on your environment. We scope properly upfront so the price you're quoted is the price you pay — no surprise hourly invoices.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Almost always. We support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, on-premise Windows and Linux servers, AWS, Azure, and our own Tasmanian Cloud. We meet you where your stack is today.

What if we want to move off SaaS or repatriate workloads?

That's a significant part of what we do. We can plan and execute SaaS exits, cloud-to-on-prem migrations, or hybrid arrangements that give you back ownership of your data.

How quickly can you onboard us?

Most managed services engagements onboard within two to four weeks, depending on the scope. We document the environment, deploy our monitoring and security tooling, and run a kickoff before going live.
